15-Minute Healthy Dinner Recipe Ideas

For individuals who work for 8 hours a day, there is really no time to just cook dinner. They even have to travel on the way home and since they are starving already, chances are they would just pop things in the microwave. You may be one of these people.

1) Salad with Salmon Sandwich
Use a whole wheat sandwich then put only a little spread of mayonnaise and some lettuce and tomato then put your smoked salmon. You can top it off with onion rings and then season it. You can create your own salad on the side.
2) Boiled Egg Sandwich
Again, use a whole wheat sandwich. Cut the egg you boiled into slices then top it off with some freshly cut tomatoes. You can put it into your oven toaster so that it will be crisp and more delicious or you can use your Panini maker.
If you do not have a Panini maker, simply use a normal pan. Put the sandwich into the pan. Get another pan and put it on top of the sandwich and then squeeze the sandwich just like what a Panini maker would do.
3) Aloha Sandwich
Again another of these healthy dinner recipe ideas, you have to use whole wheat bread and then toast it if you like. Use a lean ham and then top it with a round slice of pineapple and a low-fat cheese. You can again toast it or use your Panini maker.
4) Grilled Chicken Salad
Grill your chicken using your grill pan. Put a little olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper unto it. Then while your chicken is grilling, prepare your salad. Use lettuce, tomatoes, and onions, whatever you would like. After the chicken is finished, you can now top and toss it with your salad.
